Registration Deadline:
Drop-in registrations must be completed at least 48 hours before the class start time.
This allows us to ensure proper staffing, materials, and preparation for each child.
Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis only; spots are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmation is sent.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of registration to hold your child’s space.
Payments can be made online or in person.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before class will receive a full credit toward a future class or session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are given for no-shows.
Program Cancellations:
If a class is canceled by the program (e.g., due to low enrollment, staff illness, or facility issue), families will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between a full refund or a credit for a future class.
Illness Policy:
If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please notify the office as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we may offer one make-up opportunity per session for illness-related absences.
Participants must currently be 11 months to 2 years and 4 months old.
Registration starts on 11/10/2025 and ends on 12/12/2025.
Participants may register at any time during this period.
The minimum number of sessions for registration is 1.
